Design of applications of formal cooperative learning (CL)jigsaw,
project, case, or problem-based; comprehension task; structured
controversy; group testsin a workshop format. Opportunity
to design or redesign formal CL activities for your classes. Wiggins
and McTighe's (1998) "backward design" format (identify
desired outcomes, determine acceptable evidence, plan instruction)
is featured.
