Description
Workshop participants will develop their abilities to use student teams in a variety of different settings in the engineering curricula. The objectives of the workshop are to improve knowledge and skills in the following areas:

• Organizing students into teams
• Setting expectations for team behavior
• Guiding students to resolve team conflicts
• Facilitating cooperative learning using teams
• Grading assignments submitted by student teams.
