Interpersonal Skills
The softer skills of communication, both written and oral, are an integral part of the engineering education. Also, an engineer must know how to communicate graphically in order to describe detailed design projects.
Teaming and Ethics allow for the engineering students to interact with other students and learn essential communication skills.
