• Learn about the model being used in an engineering department at the University of Wisconsin Madison.
• Participate in some of the activities we have used to gain faculty acceptance and participation in this process.
• Learn some techniques for involving faculty by building on positive experiences.
• Come away with a process that has been tried and may be adapted for your use.
